How long does order processing take?
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. Ground Shipping is $8.99 or free for orders over $99.99. U.S. Express Shipping is $29.99 when available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. Ground Shipping is estimated at 4-6 business days after processing. U.S. Express Shipping is estimated at 2-3 business days after processing when available.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories unless checkout specifically shows the destination as available.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2025 may be eligible for an extended holiday return window through January 31, 2026. Items must be returned in new condition, and exclusions apply.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you want.
How long do refunds take?
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing after the returned item is received and inspected. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Do products include a warranty?
Most T3 Micro dryers, flat irons, curling irons, styling irons, and beauty shower products include a twenty-four (24) month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Brushes and accessories may not include a limited product warranty.
