Returns and Refund Policy
Policies and support for purchases from t3micro.cc.

Eligibility
For purchases from t3micro.cc, request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must remain in new condition. Misuse-damaged goods, replacement parts and items clearly sold as final sale are excluded. Return complete sets and any accompanying promotional gift; a missing gift may reduce the refund by its disclosed value. Exchanges are not offered.
Authorization, address and shipping
Email support@t3micro.cc with the order number and items before shipping. Once authorized, send the return to T3 MICRO INC, 209 Virginia St, Greenwood, MS 38930-3524, United States, following the instructions we provide.
You may arrange tracked return shipping at your expense, or request a prepaid UPS label with a $13.50 deduction from your refund. Original delivery charges are refunded only when the return results from our error.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection, allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing. We notify you when the refund is issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may need another 3–5 business days to post it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
