Order Processing
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff, over the weekend, or on major holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories unless checkout specifically shows the destination as available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- U.S. Ground Shipping: estimated 4-6 business days, $8.99 or free for orders over $99.99.
- U.S. Express Shipping: estimated 2-3 business days, $29.99 when available at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery time.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after the label is created.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@t3micro.cc with your order number. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will help you review available options.
