Destinations and rates
Delivery is available within the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Ground service costs $8.99, with estimated transit of 4–6 business days. Ground shipping is free when the qualifying purchase total reaches $99 after discounts. Express service costs $29.99, with estimated transit of 2–3 business days. Applicable taxes and the final charge appear at checkout.
Processing
Orders placed before 10 a.m. Pacific Time on a business day are scheduled for processing that day. Later orders, weekends and major holidays move processing to the next business day. Transit estimates begin after dispatch. Cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed after submission; contact us immediately about an incorrect address.
Delivery problems
Contact support@t3micro.cc promptly for a missing delivery, damage or a parcel marked delivered that cannot be found. Report shipment problems within 30 days of receipt or the delivery notification. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including reshipment when confirmed necessary. This reporting process does not remove applicable statutory rights.
