This policy covers information processed in connection with t3micro.cc, its customer accounts, purchases and support. T3 MICRO INC is the website operator. Our contact details appear below.

Information and purposes

We use information supplied for accounts, orders and support, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery details, account credentials, ordered items and correspondence, to operate the store, fulfill purchases, handle service requests and protect accounts and transactions. Website requests also include technical information such as an IP address and browser information. Order and support records may be needed for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention.

Platforms and recipients

The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Personnel and service providers handling website hosting, email, payment, delivery or customer support receive the information needed for those functions. Payment methods offered through Citcon can send it your name, email, telephone, billing city/state/postcode/country, IP address, order and item details, amount, currency, shipping country and charges. The fields used depend on the selected payment method.

Some pages load fonts from Google and a JavaScript library from Stripe; those requests disclose connection information to their hosts. A loaded library does not mean that provider processes every purchase. Information may also be disclosed when required for a legal obligation, to address fraud or security issues, or at your request.

Cookies and external services

Cookies support store sessions and account features. The website also records cookie preferences in a cookie configured for up to 180 days. Browser settings can remove or restrict cookies; this may affect store functions. This preference duration is separate from retention of order and account records. External services apply their own privacy practices to information they receive.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here. The period varies with the record and may extend where needed for legal duties, accounting, disputes, contractual obligations or fraud prevention. There is no single fixed period for all information.

Requests and choices

Email support@t3micro.cc to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, to raise a privacy concern, to ask about applicable opt-out choices, or to appeal our response. Describe the request and the account or order concerned without including passwords or card details. We may verify your identity or an agent’s authority and will handle requests according to applicable law, including any required retention. You may also ask us to stop promotional email. Requests do not require a purchase.

Children, security and updates

If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Access controls and secure connections help protect information, but no online system eliminates every risk. We will update this page when our policy changes and identify the new effective date.
