Provider and coverage
T3 MICRO INC, operator of t3micro.cc, provides this limited warranty for tools purchased from this website for personal, family or household use. It covers material or workmanship defects for 24 months from purchase. Brushes and accessories are excluded from this voluntary warranty.
Service and exclusions
For a covered defect, we will provide replacement parts or an identical or comparable product at no additional charge. If unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or a refund adjusted for prior use. Replacements retain the remaining original coverage period.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, unsuitable accessories, or incorrect voltage is excluded. Keep the purchase receipt and original serial number intact. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
How to claim
Email support@t3micro.cc with purchase proof, product details and the issue. Keep the item until we provide instructions. Authorized returns go to T3 MICRO INC, 209 Virginia St, Greenwood, MS 38930-3524, United States. This is our seller warranty; it does not promise coverage or performance by a third-party manufacturer.
